Modelling screenshots

So I started with the nose.

...Then fixed an odd bump in it.

I gave him his lovely mole, and started work on his mouth.

Lips done...

...now work on the back of the mouth.

So with that done I moved onto the ears.

This is it all so far, all smoothed out.

Then I gave him eyes and eyebrows, and traced out the shape of the head.

Another view. You can see his eye sockets now join to the nose here.

Now starting to flesh out the head shape.

Smoothed progress so far...

Joining to the lips now.

etc

Half the head is nearly complete with the left ear joined and the mouth connected.

I duplicated and mirrored the geometry to get the complete head.

Ta da...

Smooth head!

Then he grew some teeth.

His body now began to take shape.

And like and good half bald character, he needed some hair. I made the hair in side view...

...then used a bend deformer to curve it round his head.

Then after the usual duplicating and mirroring this is the completed smoothed out result.

Weight painting the joints began at this stage.

Kind of creepy looking right here.

This was just a little bit of sillyness after discovering a new controller from the Setup Machine :)
